Without this kind of expansion eventually there would be no place for growth. E Gaming Awards for Ladbrokes Bingo

Nineteen online gaming operators recently won awards in this years’ Annual E Gaming event. Ladbrokes Bingo virtually topped the lot by winning three separate awards. They took the Best Affiliate Programme of the Year, Multi Channel Operator of the Year and UK Sportsbook Operator of the Year! And were certainly one of the biggest winners of the evening. Party Gaming did pretty well too at they came away from the event with two awards, one being the most Socially Responsible Operator of the Year.

Appeal to Bingo Industry from Responsibility in Gambling Trust

The RIGT has some ambitious plans in place to try and combat an increase in the spate of problem gamblers. To this end they have initiated a study in an attempt to resolve problem gaming across the board, including compulsive online bingo players, and players in land based bingo halls.

Foxy Bingo Ad Escapes ASA Scrutiny Yet Again!

The Advertising Standards Authority have been kept really busy with the new influx of television commercials for online bingo sites being seen on UK TV’s. Not least of which is the Foxy bingo ad that sees “Foxy” singing along to the disco classic, “We Are Family”. This is the second time that the ad has come under ASA scrutiny and lived to be viewed again.

War Veteran Robbed of Bingo Prize Outside Club

Lee Binns, an eighty six year old war veteran, spoke to the news regarding an attack on him after winning £1 000 at the Mecca Bingo Club in Oldham. The elderly gentleman was targeted when he was leaving the club at about 9pm. He was just walking a short distance to where his friend was parked to give him a lift home when the incident occurred. He is deeply shocked and upset by the lack of security on the part of the bingo club.
