The gentleman, Ian Mann suffers from and illness known as “ulcerative colitis”, a chronic bowel condition, which causes him to regularly need the toilet, and apparently he carries a card with him that proves he has this illness. Even though he showed this card to the member of staff , they still would not allow him the use of the toilet.
